By accessing or using the Indyo SEO/GEO/AEO Analyzer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service analyzes publicly accessible web pages and produces automated scores and recommendations across three dimensions: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Results are generated algorithmically and, for Pro users, may include AI-generated summaries.

3. No Professional Relationship

Use of the Service does not create a professional, advisory, or contractual relationship of any kind between you and Indyo Systems Inc. beyond these Terms. Results are not a substitute for advice from qualified SEO professionals, marketing consultants, or legal counsel.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• Analysis results are accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time
• Following any recommendation will improve your search rankings or visibility
• AI-generated summaries are free from errors, hallucinations, or omissions

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indyo Systems Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to analyze URLs you do not own or have permission to analyze
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, CAPTCHA, or access controls
• Use automated scripts to submit bulk analysis requests
• Resell or redistribute analysis results without written permission
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Subscriptions and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund for new subscriptions — contact us within 7 days of your first charge. No refunds are issued for partial periods after the 7-day window.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of the Service are the property of Indyo Systems Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Analysis reports generated for your URLs are yours to use; the underlying software and algorithms are not.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (analytics), Cloudflare Turnstile (CAPTCHA), and Anthropic Claude (AI summaries). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Indyo Systems Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
