Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, cancel any time from your account. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
What happens to my history if I downgrade?
Your search history is preserved for up to 30 days after you downgrade, after which time it is permanently deleted. If you do not want to lose your history, keep your paid account active.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are unhappy within the first 7 days of a new subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
Is there a limit on which URLs I can analyze?
No — you can analyze any publicly accessible URL.
How is the score calculated?
Our scoring system is unique to Indyo. Each check in the SEO, GEO, and AEO categories is weighted, and your score reflects how well your page meets each criterion — with passed checks counting fully and warnings counting at half weight. This gives you a consistent, comparable number you can track over time and benchmark against competitors.
